HOW ARE HOMEOWNERS AFFECTED?
HERE ARE A FEW EXAMPLES OF PRIVATE PROPERTY AND HOME OWNERS BEING AFFECTED:
- Alaska Railroad Corporation vs Flying Crown HOA, the ARC is suing a private HOA for quiet title possession of their land in South Anchorage costing the homeowners tens of thousands in attorney bills.
- John Pletcher in South Anchorage received “threat of lien” by ARC.
- The Alaska Railroad Corporation continues to charge “track crossing fees” for numerous landowners who own homestead land on both sides of the tracks. They cannot cross the tracks without paying extortionist “access” fees to the ARC.
Property owners along the tracks are constantly threatened with trespassing due to access issues.
