How has the Faith Community been affected?
Here is one example of how a church camp was bullied by the ARC:
ARC effectively cut off access of LaDaSa church camp to its waterfront recreation area requiring the church to pay to fence both sides of the right of way separating the main camp buildings from the waterfront. The LDS Church owns a huge tract of land on both sides of and under the tracks. The Railroad unilaterally decided it had the authority after many decades to stop the Camp from using their own property. Instead of using a crossing they had for many decades without incident, the Church now has to pay fees for the railroad to come unlock the gate to allow their members to cross the tracks.
